If your item is an incorrectly shipped item you may request a refund for your order or an exchange within 30 days of original purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please contact us at the number below for a return authorization number prior to mailing your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. There is a 3% charge on all returns due to credit card fees imposed on us and a 20% percent restocking fee also incurred by the manufacturer. This is not negotiable as we incurr these costs on every refund. There are no returns on Special Order items. Please order carefully.
